Our child-minding area is a large safe play space, we welcome a varied age range of children from 6 weeks to early teens, and create a warm & welcoming environment for all to enjoy! With plenty of activities to choose from daily, this will keep your children busy while you attend your favourite class or workout. Open 7 days a week for your convenience, we daily offer 2 sessions on weekdays and 1 on weekends, no booking is required for this service.

Our amazing staff will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.

Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 1:30pm, 3:45pm – 7:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 1:30pm, 3:45pm – 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
Sunday: 8:30am – 11:00am
Public Holidays: closed

ladies-only area

We have designed an exclusive fitness area just for women, allowing our female members to train in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Equipped with cardio & weight training machines, you also have access to free weights and a space allocated to stretching & core work. This all enables you to complete a full workout in the privacy of the ladies-only gym.

Located in the foyer of the complex is SELAH: serving coffee, wraps, cakes, slices and some healthy options – the perfect place to relax, socialise and recharge after a great workout!

Free and convenient off-street and undercover parking is available. The car park is situated at the southern end of the complex and is accessible via Glen Dhu Street.
